For independent garages and MOT centres

The bay that sat empty because nobody chased the no-show.

Booking and workshop software for independent garages and MOT centres, built around a day where you’re under a car, not by the phone or the parts line.

Twenty minutes on the phone. We ask questions. We don’t pitch.

In practice

Tomorrow’s bookings get a reminder drafted tonight. No reply by morning becomes a call on your list, not an empty bay you discover at 9am.

  1. 6pm: tomorrow’s bookings are pulled from your diary
  2. Reminders are drafted for your team to approve and sendA person decides
  3. 8.30am: no reply goes on your call list

01 · Where a garage like yours usually leaks

Where a busy garage actually loses bookings and hours.

You can’t chase a parts supplier and be under a car at the same time. That’s really the whole problem.

Revenue

The booking that becomes a no-show

Tomorrow’s bookings get an SMS or voice reminder drafted tonight. Anyone who hasn’t replied by morning goes on your call list. DVSA already sends MOT reminders to drivers, so a garage that sends none looks behind, not neutral.

Time

Parts chased without anyone remembering to

A job logged as waiting on parts prompts a status request to the supplier every 48 hours, and lets the customer know the moment parts land. Nobody has to remember to chase between jobs.

Cash

Invoices out the day the job finishes

Raised from the job details you’ve already logged, with a polite reminder on a fixed schedule if it’s not paid. No more chasing whenever the bank balance forces the question.

One named example

Booking reminder and no-show catcher

A daily check pulls tomorrow’s bookings from your diary and drafts a reminder for the evening before. No reply by morning flags that booking for a follow-up call from your desk, before the slot is wasted.

It comes from you, not the government service, and it’s followed up with a phone call, not just a text.

Your team signs off before anything reaches a customer or a supplier.

We don’t build software that texts a customer or chases a supplier by itself. Every reminder, chase and invoice is checked and sent by your team.

The system does the remembering and the drafting. You still decide what goes out.

Every build includes a duplicate-send check, so a hiccup upstream can’t fire the same message twice.

02 · How it works

Free until you say yes.

No contract and no on-site commitment to get to a working example.

  1. Free

    Show us

Send us your booking diary, your parts log, or whatever paper process you’re sick of doing by hand.

  2. Free

    We build a preview

A working example within 48 hours, free, no obligation. Just to see it.

  3. No obligation

    Your choice

Like it? We quote a fixed price to build it in properly. Don’t? Walk away, and you’ve lost nothing.

03 · What it costs

One fixed price for the build. No day rate, no surprises.

We price against three to six months of what the problem is currently costing you in time, not by the hour. We agree the number with you before any of it is built.

The build, a one-off fixed price

  • Small£1,750

One job, one process. Typically live within a week.

  • Standard£2,500

The most common build for a business this size. Usually live within a fortnight.

  • Complex£3,500+

Multiple linked processes or systems. Scoped and quoted before we start. Some builds cost more than this, and we’ll tell you that on the call, not after.

Care Plan, optional, after the build

We stay after go-live. Most clients want someone keeping an eye on what we built rather than becoming its single point of failure themselves. That’s the Care Plan. It’s optional, and it only comes up once you’ve seen the build working.

  • Essential£250/mo

Monitoring and fixes if something breaks. 12-month term.
