Money you should have won
Calls nobody could get to. Quotes that went quiet. Appointments that didn’t turn up. Customers who bought once and drifted off.
Automation for small UK businesses
One job at a time. Fixed price. Working within a fortnight.
What we do
We take one repeating job off a small business and make it run itself: the chasing, the typing, the reports, the thing only one person knows how to do. Your people still check anything before it goes out.
01 · Where the money’s going
Around 37% of a working week goes on administration. That’s time that belongs to the work that needs your expertise. It leaks from four places.
Calls nobody could get to. Quotes that went quiet. Appointments that didn’t turn up. Customers who bought once and drifted off.
The same thing typed into three places. Forms filled in by hand and typed up later. Calls and meetings that never turn into a task list.
Invoices raised late. Nobody chasing. Orders and stock run out of somebody’s head and a spreadsheet.
If Dave went under a bus. If you take a fortnight off. The spreadsheet you build on Sunday night to find out how the week went.
None of that is a technology problem. It’s a nobody’s-ever-had-time-to-fix-it problem. That’s the bit we do.
02 · Who we work with
We don’t build things that talk to your customers on their own. Every quote, certificate, report and statement is checked and approved by a human in your business before it leaves the building.
The software does the typing. Your people do the deciding. That’s the deal, and we won’t build it any other way.
It’s a build standard, not just a promise: every automation ships with a duplicate-send check, so a retry or a hiccup upstream can’t fire the same email, invoice or reminder twice.
03 · How it works
The first two cost nothing.
You tell us which job you hate. We ask a lot of questions. We don’t pitch.
Within 48 hours, using your own document, with your logo on it. Not a diagram. The actual thing, working. If it’s no good, that’s where it ends and you’ve lost nothing.
We follow the process from start to finish and write you a plan you keep either way. It’ll include two or three things you can fix yourself for nothing.
If you’d like it built, we scope and quote it once the walkthrough is done. Fixed price, agreed before we start, and the £750 comes off. Most single-job builds are live within a fortnight. Bigger, multi-process jobs are scoped and quoted individually.
Why we do this
The people doing the most important work are often the ones most buried in the process around it.
We build software so they aren’t. Automate.Tese is how we do that for small businesses: one repeating job at a time, fixed price, and we stay after go-live.
We work remotely by default and come to you when it helps, usually for the half-day walkthrough and the handover. If you’d rather we were in the room, say so on the call and we’ll tell you honestly when we can be.
04 · What it costs
We price against three to six months of what the problem is currently costing you in time, not by the hour. We agree the number with you before any of it is built.
One job, one process. Typically live within a week.
The most common build for a business this size. Usually live within a fortnight.
Multiple linked processes or systems. Scoped and quoted before we start. Some builds cost more than this, and we’ll tell you that on the call, not after.
We stay after go-live. Most clients want someone keeping an eye on what we built rather than becoming its single point of failure themselves. That’s the Care Plan. It’s optional, and it only comes up once you’ve seen the build working.
